In order to obtain this goal, we have a streamlined process that provides our customers with the quickest delivery or their order, with the least amount of effort on the customer’s part as possible.

Our innovative website is constantly evolving and is updated daily. We offer the newest products available, so that you are not only able to purchase our products with a few simple clicks of the mouse, but you can also make an informed decision about the product you are considering purchasing. We work closely with vendors such as ProCharger, DiabloSport, SCT, BBK, MOTOBLUE, K&N and S&B just to name a few, and we have been doing so for years.

RPM Outlet is always on the cutting edge of the latest in aftermarket products. We were one of the first distributors to provide intercooled Prochargers on-line. We were able to explain and provide the benefits of intercooling, while our competitors were still squabbling about boost losses. Today it’s common knowledge that intercooled boost is better. Even Ford uses water-cooled intercoolers in their trucks and cars.

The manufactures know that we not only understand the products we sell, but that we install and use them on our own vehicles. Please check out the projects cars section at the top of the page. Knowing this, we often get new products months before they hit the magazines and prototypes are often installed on our personal vehicles for testing before you can purchase them anywhere.

Once we fully understand how a product is installed and works, we offer it to the customer through our website. RPM Outlet has a secure on-line shopping cart, which facilitates and greatly speeds up the ordering process. Our on-line ordering process is faster and easier than placing a call. We do however offer live support should you prefer to order via phone. In such cases, if you would like to place a large order, our knowledgeable customer support staff will help you “walk through” the ordering process and make sure that you have all of the parts that you need to make a “smart purchase” as opposed to having to place a second order for the extra pieces.

In order to keep our prices low, RPM Outlet does not offer a walk in storefront. This means less overhead and personnel expenses for RPM, and additional savings for you. Again, you may always request live support via phone or email, when necessary and without charge.

In addition to purchasing individual products, we also offer Dyno-tuned packages, which offer products that are known to work together. For example, there is no reason to get a throttle body unless you have a good filter. Check out one of our dyno-tuned packages for the best value and performance for your money.

Once an order is placed, many on-line retailers take days to process your order. Why? The answer is simple. They don't have the product on hand. Our warehouse contains better than 98% of the parts listed on our site. We do not wait until someone orders the part before we order it from the supplier. We have a revolving inventory with most items on hand. We closely monitor our inventory so that we don't run out. If we don't have it in stock, you will find that no other warehouse does either.

Once your order is placed with our secure on-line shopping cart, the process begins when our staff pulls the orders from the cart. Our staff then confirms that your item is in stock, and electronically pulls it out of inventory, while simultaneously generating a shipping invoice. While generating the invoice, your billing address is confirmed with your credit card company to prevent fraud. Once the inventory has been verified along with your payment method your order is processed by our shipping department in the order they are received. This part of the process occurs in about a minute, less time than it would take to call in an order. The next step is packaging your order.

Monday through Friday our shipping department carefully pulls your items and packages them for our 6:00 PM UPS pickup. We are located less than 1 mile away from Houston largest UPS center in Houston. This means we are able to process orders as later than most warehouses.

In the odd case you have ordered prior to 6:00 PM CST, and your order still misses the 6 PM pickup time, .RPM Outlet's staff has a dedicated team that works until all orders have been filled. One of our senior representatives will drop off the orders at UPS by 7:00 PM. Note that all in stock orders placed after 6:00 PM CST, will ship via UPS, according to your shipping choice on the next business day. UPS does not ship from our location on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Items ordered after 6:00 PM CST, on Friday including "next day" and "2nd day" delivery, will begin the process on the next business-shipping day.

RPM Outlet prides it's self on having more than 98% of all orders filled by the next scheduled UPS pick-up date. This includes the rare exceptions of backordered, custom orders, and rare items.

Once your order has been placed, you can follow your package online using our tracking interface with UPS. Simply enter your ten-digit phone number into our tracking page and viola; you'll know where your package is located according to UPS. Generally, this tracking feature is not available until 8:00 PM CST on the day that it ships.

It is our goal to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. In the rare instance where a product is incorrectly ordered or damaged during shipping, please call us directly at 281-261-6244. We will do everything possible to address/satisfy your concerns and issues. Where warranted, we will issue an RGA number for your order. The RGA number accomplishes two things. First it allows both the RPM Outlet and the customer to track the issue from beginning to end. Second, it allows us the opportunity to track customer satisfaction issues, and find ways to prevent them from occurring in the future.
