When designing their new truck nitrous system, ZEX™ engineers looked at truck configurations, which feature larger engine bays and different cab locations than cars. Taking into consideration the unique needs of truck performance enthusiasts, ZEX™ designers created the safest, cleanest and easiest to install nitrous system you can buy.

The ZEX™ Truck Nitrous System comes complete with everything you need and requires only two hours to install; a simple plug and play procedure for 4, 6, or 8 cylinder EFI engines. The ideal nitrous system for any fuel injected truck, the ZEX™ Truck Nitrous System features Active Fuel Control™ technology, which monitors nitrous bottle pressure and then adjusts fuel enrichment for the perfect mixture. ZEX™ systems activate electronically at wide-open throttle, using your engine’s TPS sensor - it’s almost like traction control for your truck - achieving perfect nitrous engagement, especially on newer throttle by wire trucks.

Installation of this kit is quite simple includes all of the special parts needed and should take no more than 2 hours to complete.

Traction Control Window Switch

Looking for the power to select the precise rpm for nitrous system activation?

The new ZEX™ Traction Control Window Switch is a completely self-programmable and fully electronic component that allows you to easily select the rpm range of nitrous system activation, both lower and upper rpm limits.

Incorporating ZEX™ Skip-Shift technology, the ZEX™ Traction Control Window Switch allows you to block out first gear nitrous activation where excessive power could cause lost traction, especially with street-tire class racecars. With Skip-Shift, the nitrous injection is held off until the shift is made into second gear (and subsequent gears) where the nitrous power can be fully utilized
