Mac Products Air Induction System; Dodge Ram, Durango, Dakota (4.7L)
|  Now Dodge Ram, Durango, Dakota (4.7L) owners can enjoy greater benefits from their truck. Mac Products Air Induction System replaces the entire OEM air-box removing the restrictive factory paper element. MAC Products Air Induction is provides a solid 16+ horsepower improvement compared to your factory air box! MAC ‘s CAD (Cool Air Dam) technology provides the much needed dense air charge through the system.
All MAC Products Air Induction Kits use Mac Products Air Filters. Mac Products Air Filters are made of woven cotton fabric folded between two layers of wire mesh screen. The screen and fabric combination creates a grid-like effect that actually straitens and smoothes the incoming air as it passes thru the filter. Air moving in a straight column moves faster than turbulent air witch enhances air flow with greater power gains. All MAC Filters are reusable, to service use K & N filter service kit,
and detailed “easy to read” instructions. Installation time is less than 30 minuets with very basic hand tools.

K&N Wrench-Off Oil Filters Feature:
- Heavy duty construction, high flow rates
- Rolled threads provide protection from stripping
- Anti-drainback valve (where applicable) eliminates dry starts
- Resin-impregnated filter media provides maximum filtering
- K&N Wrench-Off Oil Filters
K&N Performance Gold Oil Filters use a cellulose media bound phenolic resin surrounding
a metal inner core that provides structural strength, reduces the risk of filter collapse.
The resin is the "glue" that holds the media fibers together and at the same time keeps "pores" open by keeping the
fibers apart. Phenolic resin systems are an excellent choice for the high temperature demands of oil filters.
All K&N filters includes an anti-drainback valve, that prevents oil from draining back into the crankcase
during engine shutdown. Rolled threads prevent stripping during installation, removal and an internally lubricated gasket
provides positive seal even if the filter has been removed and reinstalled.
