You’ll add 44 % increase in air flow over the stock intake manifold and a 20 % increase over the banks cast aluminum manifold! With less restriction and more surface area, the new CFM+ composite intake manifold is a great source of increased power and torque.

CFM+'s composite intake manifold is made from an advanced engineered high strength composite material. It not only “out flowed” the competitors best intake by 20 %, it is also designed to deflect higher than ambient outside air temps and heat. Aluminum has a thermal conductivity rate or “k” of 236 W/M- °K. The CFM+ composite intake manifold thermal conductivity rate is, 0.25 W/M-°K, which is 944 times lower than the aluminum intake.

The bottom line is CFM+ does not make tuners, air filters or exhaust systems. What they did do was engineer, design and manufactures the ultimate intake for the Cummins Diesel.
