The DiabloSport Chip and Delta Chip is very easy to install. Unlike "ALL" other computer chips, this chip plugs entirely inside the computer, which allows you to "seal off “ the computer box. This prevents the chances of dust or moisture from getting inside. You can reinstall the computer back to its original location, without any modifications.

Note:
These installation instructions presume that you are familiar with your ECU location and handling. In some cases, you may need to seek assistance from your dealer, auto mechanic, or consult your user manual.

WARNING: Ignition key MUST be in your pocket before inserting or removing the DiabloChip. Failure to do so may result in damage to the Electronic Control Unit and the DiabloChip!

STEP 1 Remove the computer and prepare it for DiabloChip installation.
STEP 2 Remove the black plastic cover from porthole.
STEP 3 A most crucial step, use a swab to wipe grease off the connector. It may be necessary to scrape the clear coat off the connector (top and bottom) by using a Scotch Brite Pad (provided with chip), and small screwdriver. Both sides must be a bronze color before you go on to step 4.
STEP 4 Insert DiabloChip on to connector, making sure that it fits tight.
STEP 5 Install the provided protective adhesive cover.
STEP 6 Reinstall the computer back into the vehicle.
