STRATEGY
In keeping with our goal of providing our customers with the best possible value, we have tested a large group of components specifically designed for the 99-04 SVT Lightning and 02 - 03 Harley Davidson Truck.
We have invested hundreds of hours evaluating and refining each of the 5.4L engine and chassic products on our own MD-600 Chassis DYNO, and at race tracks coast to coast to ensure that we would develop as much power as possible, and as safely as possible.
End result is our now available "Dyno Tuned Options".

AUXILIARY IDLER PULLEY KITS
99-04 FORD LIGHTNING & HARLEY
RPM is proud to announce the introduction of the NEW MOTOBLUE™ GEN II Auxiliary Idler Kit for 99-04 Lightning & Harley Trucks.
While performing the upgrade to add the new Whipple Supercharger to our Lightning, we found that the original MOTOBLUE™ TRUE GRIP
Auxiliary Idler Kit would not bolt on to the Kenne Bell or the new Whipple Supercharger. We asked the engineers at MOTOBLUE™ if they 
could provide a fix for our bolt on problem. As always, they accepted the challenge and came up with a new and innovative auxiliary idler kit.
The MOTOBLUE™ GEN II Auxiliary Idler Kit simply replaces the left hand side idler pulley relocating its mounting position and wraps the belt over 88% around the compressor pulley, eliminating belt slip at any rpm.
The NEW MOTOBLUE™ GEN II Auxiliary Idler Kit is made from CNC billet 6061 aircraft aluminum and comes with the new GEN II idler pulley at no extra charge. This exciting new kit can be installed in less than 10 minuets with basic hand tools.

II BILLET IDLER Pulleys.
Replace your factory hi drag, low quality stamped steel OEM idler pulleys with either the new MOTOBLUE™ GEN X double bearing cnc machined pulley or the original GEN II
single bearing cnc machined billet idler pullies.
MOTOBLUE™ GEN X and original GEN II are CNC machined from
aircraft quality 6160 billet aluminum. CNC machined for a perfect fit featuring the highest quality “sealed for life” bearings.
The NEW GEN X 90 MM double bearing has been designed specifically to eliminate high RPM wobble common to auxiliary idler pulleys on supercharged applications . The NEW Gen X effectively eliminates any bearing failure caused by supercharger belt side load. This is the same technology that industrial supercharger manufactures use for high load supercharged belt driven systems.
Installation does not require any modification, Hardware and detailed instructions included for a trouble free installation. Choose your own combination of 90mm and 100mm Pulleys. These pulleys are in stock and available for same day shipping.
