STRATEGY
In keeping with our goal of providing our customers with the best possible value, we have tested a large group of components specifically designed for the 99-04 SVT Lightning and 02 - 03 Harley Davidson Truck.
We have invested hundreds of hours evaluating and refining each of the 5.4L engine and chassic products on our own MD-600 Chassis DYNO, and at race tracks coast to coast to ensure that we would develop as much power as possible, and as safely as possible.

Bassani BX PERFORMANCE 2-Cat Mid-Pipe and No-Cat Mid-Pipe Kits

The Bassani BX PERFORMANCE 2-Cat Mid-Pipe and No-Cat Mid-Pipe systems (aluminized steel exhaust) are
designed with the latest technology to provide the highest level of performance.
Both systems were designed to replace the very restrictive factory 2-1/4 inch mid-pipe
with 4 cats with the very high flowing 2-1/2 stainless steel mid-pipe. Bassani’s
aluminized steel exhaust system will always improve acceleration and passing power,
as well as increase fuel mileage. This aluminized steel exhaust system was engineered
exclusively for the 1999 to 2004 5.4L Supercharged trucks with one thing
in mind: performance. All BX PERFORMANCE piping is mandrel bent for superior
exhaust gas flow, and is a key to the system’s performance. Installation of this kit is quite simple includes all of the special parts needed and should take no more than 2 hours to complete.
