STRATEGY
In keeping with our goal of providing our customers with the best possible value, we have tested a large group of components specifically designed for the 99-04 SVT Lightning and 02 - 03 Harley Davidson Truck.
We have invested hundreds of hours evaluating and refining each of the 5.4L engine and chassic products on our own MD-600 Chassis DYNO, and at race tracks coast to coast to ensure that we would develop as much power as possible, and as safely as possible.
End result is our now available "Dyno Tuned Options".

C&L TRUEFLOW Dry-Flo Cold-Air Kit
 Are you looking to upgrade your current air system on your truck? Take a look at the NEW C&L TRUEFLOW Dry-Flo Cold-Air Kit for the Lightning/Harley.
This new kit is designed to replace everything from the throttle body to the front of the factory air filter inlet. C&L TRUEFLOW Dry-Flo Cold-Air Kit is a complete with the TRUEFLOW inlet pipe, C&L 95 MAF, adapter hardware, AEM’s new Dry-Flo air filter assembly.
To say that the Lightning/Harley responds well to the new C&L TRUEFLOW Dry-Flo Cold-Air Kit is an understatement. Your truck will pick up an easy 25 hp at the rear wheels with this simple modification. C&L Claims a true gain of about 23 rear wheel horsepower.
Installation time : about 20 minutes. How to : Simply take off the stock air box and the hose clamps securing the mass air meter. The electronics are unbolted with a supplied tool from the factory plastic 90mm mass air meter housing and reinstalled on the new C&L 95mm mass air meter housing. The C&L meter is then clamped to the new C&L TRUEFLOW inlet pipe, and to the AEM Dry-Flo Filter. Bolt-on with provided hardware specifically for the supercharged 99-04 Lightning/Harley and your done.

It is finally here! We have been hoping C & L would finally release
their Trueflow inlet pipe for the Lightning/Harley trucks. Now Lightning owners now enjoy greater
benefits from their vehicle. By eliminating the flexible ridges in the factory rubber inlet tubes and by controlling the inside diameter for consistency
the TrueFlow inlet pipe replaces the entire OEM rubber inlet pipe and provides
the much-needed tuue flow dense air charge through the system without awkward restrictive turns like other plastic inlet pipes .
Installs in less than 10 minuets with simple hand tools.

RPM OUTLET is again proud to announce a new and long awaited product from C&L Performance. Design specifically for the 1999-2004
Lightning and 2002-2004 supercharged Harley trucks.
The Perfect addition to your Lightning or Harley! C&L new upper intake manifold replaces the stock unit that delivers air from the throttle
body to the inlet of the supercharger. There are other vendors that are selling stock ported plenums that they say are
"Extrude Hone Ported Intake Plenum " looked good but truly made no H/P or Torque difference. Testing of the NEW C&L upper
manifold alone with the stock throttle body still attached, the results were an increase of 14 HP and 24 ft/lbs of torque over
stock, If you already have the single blade throttle body and upgrade, the C&L intake will see a nearly 20% greater improvement
in flow, for a total flow improvement of 29.8 % over the stock throttle body and intake combo. Installation of our air system can be completed in less than 45 minutes with only basic hand tools.
