In keeping with our goal of providing our customers with the best possible value, we have tested a large group of components specifically designed for the 99-04 SVT Lightning and 02 - 03 Harley Davidson Truck.

We have invested hundreds of hours evaluating and refining each of the 5.4L engine and chassic products on our own MD-600 Chassis DYNO, and at race tracks coast to coast to ensure that we would develop as much power as possible, and as safely as possible. End result is our now available "Dyno Tuned Options".

C&L new upper intake manifold replaces the stock unit that delivers air from the throttle body to the inlet of the supercharger. There are other vendors that are selling stock ported plenums that they say are "Extrude Hone Ported Intake Plenum " looked good but truly made no H/P or Torque difference.

Testing of the NEW C&L upper manifold alone with the stock throttle body still attached, the results were an increase of 14 HP and 24 ft/lbs of torque over stock, If you already have the single blade throttle body and upgrade, the C&L intake will see a nearly 20% greater improvement in flow, for a total flow improvement of 29.8 % over the stock throttle body and intake combo.

Installation of our air system can be completed in less than 45 minutes with only basic hand tools.
