RPM Outlet is proud to announce the newest product in our ever-growing product line, the MOTOBLUE™ HP Series Large Bore Fuel Rails. Ford factory OE fuel rails provide an adequate fuel delivery system, but when you increase your engines power output or add an aftermarket supercharger, larger fuel injectors and or fuel pumps the factory fuel rails become inadequate. The factory fuel rails become so restrictive, it’s amazing that they will allow enough fuel to enter the engine to produce the amount of power that it does.

The MOTOBLUE™ HP Series Large Bore Fuel Rails are designed to bolt down to the 99-04 GT intake manifold. Normally employed by those converting to a high flow, return-style fuel system, these rails may now be used in conjunction with our new High-Flo fuel pressure sensor y-block P/N 415019 to create a high flow fuel rail kit for those who wish to retain the stock style, return-less fuel system.

The MOTOBLUE™ HP Series Large Bore Fuel Rails provide increased fuel volume and a better balance to each cylinder. Increasing your rail size from the factory OE 5/16 diameter to the MOTOBLUE™ 5/8 inside diameter not only increases fuel flow and volume, but also acts as fuel logs, storing fuel until the engine demands more fuel.

MOTOBLUE™ HP Large Bore Fuel Rails Feature:
• CNC Machined Billet T-6061 aluminum, anodized 5/8-in. rails featuring;
  1. –8 AN ORB (O-Ring Boss) ports create a positive seal and eliminate need for thread sealant or Teflon ®
  2. 5/8" i.d. through-hole provides flow capabilities to support 2,000 plus HP racing applications, Flow-through design eliminates hydraulic fluctuation

Don't waste time and money trying to modify OE fuel delivery components, replace them with a Fuel Rail Kit from Professional Products. The basic kit includes a pair of anodized billet aluminum fuel rails with stainless mounting hardware and polished brackets. Or get the complete kit that adds AN-connector braided stainless hose assemblies and all necessary fittings.
