Bassani “Optimum-Length” Headers

Bassani's “Optimum-Length” headers feature mandrel bent, 14 gauge, mild steel primary tubes, the exclusive “Extractor Collector” and gasketless ball and socket connectors. Every “Optimum Length” header application comes complete with premium gaskets, nuts, bolts, hardware and detailed instructions. Available in industrial chrome or high-temperature ceramic coating.

Bassani Stainless Steel bolt-on X-Pipe™
From the early days of merged pipes used in circle track race applications, X- Pipes have proved to be a great way to bolt-on
more performance to V-8 applications. With stainless steel construction, this is a simple bolt-on that requires
no welding or special tools. The unique high-flow design merged junction on the Bassani X-Pipe delivers
unrestrictive performance. Bassani Xhaust Inc. X-Pipe correctly evacuates and equalizes exhaust pulses for a
gain of no less that 12HP and 18 LBs of torque. The Bassani engineering team has worked hard to ensure that
their growing line of performance X-Pipes out-performs the competition in the three most important categories:
performance, quality, and value. All Bassani Exhaust now come with Stainless Steel metallic substrate catalytic converters This is the only system with removable cats for off-road option.

Bassani Stainless Steel Cat-Back Kits
Bassani stainless steel bolt-on Aft-Cat™ exhaust systems for the GT / Cobra are designed with the
latest technology to provide the highest level of performance.
This stainless steel system was engineered exclusively for the GT / Cobra with one thing in mind: performance. All stainless steel piping mandrel bent for superior exhaust gas flow, and is key to the system’s performance. Both mufflers and piping are fabricated from stainless steel for corrosion resistance. This is a simple bolt-on that requires no welding or special tools.
Bassani Exclusive: Removable exhaust tip baffles for increased horsepower torque and sound.
