What is the DiabloSport Predator?
The Predator for 2005 Mustang GT/V6 (part no. U7140) is a state-of-the art, high performance tuning flash programmer
in a sleek handheld design. Once connected to the vehicle, the Predators internal computer recognizes the vehicles
PCM and automatically picks the proper tuning files designed specifically for that PCM. Inside the Predator's
memory are the actual tuning files that optimize spark timing and air/fuel ratio curves. The transmission parameters
are remapped to improve the shift characteristics such as shift firmness and shift points. Unlike other 'tuners',
DiabloSport's programming is performed in very small increments throughout the entire RPM range, for a smoother, wider
and a more predictable power delivery. DiabloSport engineers spend many hours on the dyno, street and track to ensure
the tunes provided with the Predator are the best they can be.
The 2005 GT/V6 Predator comes with the following 3 tunes:
- Performance Tune for 93 octane
- Performance Tune for 91 octane
- Performance Tune for 87 octane

Diablosport Predator:
Allows the user to make the following tuning adjustments :
- Idle adjust for both drive and neutral.
- Axle Ratio adjustments from 2.00 up to 5.00 in .10 increments.
- Fuel Base adjustments.
- Spark Advance Timing adjustments.
- Rev Limit adjust for both drive and neutral.
- Adjust ON/OFF rev limits, for each individual gear, in 10 rpm increments.
- Adjust Shift Points in 50 rpm increments for each gear.
- Tranny Shift Firmness adjustment for each gear.
- Allows turning of Bank 1 and 2 Rear Oxygen Sensor ON/OFF.
- Allows turning ALL O2's ON/OFF, AND EGR system.
- Wheel/Tire Size adjustment of speedometer for larger/smaller tires.
