Order status information is updated hourly, however shipment tracking information may not be available from the carrier for 12 to 24 hours after an order has shipped. If you are unable to locate your order, or need further assistance, please select the Help Desk Icon located at the top of this page.
NOTICE: UPS authorizes you to use UPS tracking systems solely to track shipments tendered by or for you to UPS for delivery and for no other purpose. Any other use of UPS tracking systems and information is strictly prohibited.
