    Freight & Handling Policies
    • FREE SAME DAY SHIPPING is Pre-Paid delivery on most items ordered by 7pm EST (except where noted -- see below) in the continental USA. A delivery area surcharge of $2.95 is applied to each ground package delivered to residences in certain outlying zip codes as determined by the freight carrier.

    • Additional delivery days may apply to some items, such as hazardous items, mounted tires and wheels, truck freight items, and remote delivery areas.

    • A $11.95 handling charge will be added to each order, including overseas shipments.

    • Canadian orders are subject to Shipping, Brokerage, and GST fees.

    • All items designated "UPS Oversize/Heavy" will be invoiced an additional $35, $45 or $99 depending upon weight. This price includes to-your-door delivery to your chosen destination.

      Due to certain freight carriers' specifications, some parts are subject to:

    • Non-Box Charge of $19.95
    • Hazardous materials must be shipped by ground at an additional $19.95 per box, in addition to our normal handling charges.


    U.P.S Priority Guaranteed 1-2 Day Shipping
      We will gladly accommodate any priority shipping requirements, such as Next Day, 2-Day, Saturday, etc. Place your order before 6:00pm EST, Monday through Friday, and your order will be shipped that day.

      2-Day Delivery

    • Available in the continental USA at only $12.95 per 20lbs. (dimensional weight), up to 80lbs. total, in addition to our normal handling charges.

      Next-Day Delivery

    • (next business day after noon in most areas) Available in the continental USA at only $25.00 per 20lbs. (dimensional weight), up to 80lbs. total, in addition to our normal handling charges
      Saturday Delivery

    • (most areas) Available on orders placed between 6:00 pm Thursday and 6:00 pm Friday in the continental USA. An additional $25.00 per package charge will be added to our normal Next-Day delivery charges.



    Payment Options

      Credit Card

    • We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. Make sure to enter your complete account number and expiration date. For your protection, we security check all credit card orders.

      Money Order, Wire Transfer, Certified Check

    • Your order will be shipped within 24 hours upon receipt of your payment. Please do not send cash.

      C.O.D.

    • There will be a $11.95 per box fee. Use your credit card for fast "To-Your-Door" delivery and save the C.O.D. fee.
      (C.O.D. is only available through our phone system)

      Please Note: Checks returned unpaid by your financial institution are subject to a Service Charge of $50 or the maximum allowed by law. Checks returned for insufficient or uncollected funds, together with Service Charges, may be debited electronically from your account or collected using a bank draft drawn from your account.



    Backorder Policy
      Even with our large inventory, backorders can occur. If this happens, we make every effort to cross-reference the part to a comparable manufacturer's line. Occasionally an item is oversold. If this is the case, we will fill the orders on a first come, first serve basis. Items that are out of stock usually ship within the time quoted at checkout (phone) or by email on order checkout page (online), which may vary by brand. Payment will be secured in full as a 100% deposit and the item(s) will be ordered from the manufacturer(s).

      As each 100% deposit order item becomes available, it will ship properly packaged and insured via the service you select. 100% deposit orders are left on order until they ship. We continually seek updates on backordered items with our vendors and will regularly update your 100% deposit order status until the order is filled. Rest assured that 100% deposit orders do not get lost or forgotten about.
