Ordering:
Orders may be placed by using our shopping cart system and secure on-line order form,
by calling us, or by printing our mail-in/fax order form.
Payments:
We accept DISCOVER, VISA, MASTERCARD, PAYPAL (CONFIRMED ADDRESS ONLY), CASH, CERTIFIED CHECKS (CASHIER) and MONEY ORDERS.
No COD's. Please allow 7 business days for Money orders/cashier checks to clear, and 20 days for personal checks to clear.
Due to heightened security, we can only ship to an alternate shipping address if it is listed on file with your credit
card company. If you need to ship to an address different than what is listed with your credit card company, you will
need to call your credit card company at the customer service number listed on the back of your card and request that
the address be added as an alternate shipping address. Please note that this will also increase the amount of time
required to process your order. You should only have it sent to another address if it is absolutely necessary. If it is a business
address, please provide the name of the business.
Shipping:
Please call or e-mail if you have any questions regarding shipping charges on a specific product.
Customers that refuse shipments will not be shipped to again and will still be charged for shipping twice (coming and going).
Prices do not include shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice. We cannot deliver to APO, FPO or PO Boxes via UPS or FEDEX. If you must ship to one of these addresses, it can only be done via USPS and no tracking information will be available. RPM is not responsible for any packages lost or damage while being sent via USPS.
Although our buisness office is located in Texas, we ship from warehouses in CA, OR, MO, NJ, TN, and FL.
We also have relationships in various other states for shipping as well. Next Day Air and Second Day Air deliveries are available upon request by phone when received by no later then 11 AM that day. SPEC Overnight orders may not ship until the next business day.
Overnight/Rush shipping does not begin at the time that the order is placed, it's the shipping method used after the order has been processed.
FREE SHIPPING sales only include the CONTINENTAL UNITES STATES, all other locations are extra.
Freight & Handling Policies:
FREE SAME DAY SHIPPING is Pre-Paid delivery on most items ordered by 7pm EST (except where noted -- see below) in the continental USA only. Depending on the product weight, we use either UPS or US Mail for shipping. Because we offer FREE SHIPPING, we use whichever carrier is the most cost effective.
Additional delivery days may apply to some items, such as hazardous items, mounted tires and wheels, truck freight items, and remote delivery areas.
An $11.95 procssing fee will be added to each order, including overseas shipments.
Canadian orders are subject to Shipping, Brokerage, and GST fees.
All items designated "UPS Oversize/Heavy" will be invoiced an additional $39, $79 or $199 depending upon weight. This price includes to-your-door delivery to your chosen destination.
Due to certain freight carriers' specifications, some parts are subject to:
Non-Box Charge of $19.95
Hazardous materials must be shipped by ground at an additional $19.95 per box, in addition to our normal handling charges.
Damaged Items from Shipping:
Please call or e-mail us immediately if your item has been damaged during shipping. Please note that we will ship replacement items via the same method of shipping as the order was originally placed. RPM Outlet cannot ship packages overnight at our expense, if the original shipping method was not also overnight. Damage claims must be filed in order for replacement parts to be shipped.
Taxes:
We are required to collect applicable sales tax of 8.25% for orders being shipped within TX.
We are required to collect applicable sales tax on S&B orders for CA customers. CA customers will be contacted
to inform you of any applicable CA sales tax before processing any orders.
Sales/Specials:
Sale prices can not be combined with other discounted packages. Dyno Tuned Option kits and are only available during the sale period.
Credits will not be issued if a product goes on sale after it is purchased.
Returns:
We cannot accept returns on parts that have been used or installed.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days. All returns must be in original packaging.
Prior authorization must be given before any return can be made.
Up to a 25% restocking fee may apply to all returned orders. Special orders may be subject to manufacturer restocking fees as well. Shipping costs will not be refunded. In addition, when returning an item for a refund, the original shipping cost incurred by RPM Outlet.com will be deducted from the refund issued.
ALL returns require a Return Merchandise Form with the returned merchandise. This form may be obtained by using our online HELP DESK Link

*PLEASE NOTE: It will take approximately 3-5 business days AFTER the returned item has been received at our warehouse to process all exchange/return requests.
All merchandise must be received, opened, inspected, and will then be processed for credit or an exchanged product. We handle all returns
in the order that they are received and are not able to begin the process of re-sending product or issuing credit to accounts before
all of the above noted steps have been taken. You will be contacted or receive notification of your request within 3-5 business days
AFTER your items have been received at our warehouse.
Returns for refund will not be accepted for any of the following: Chips/Tuners, DiabloSport, SCT products, Wheel/Tire Packages, ANY Exhaust,
Clutches, Dyno tuned option kits, any custom-order or made-to-order items, non-defective items that have been used or installed on
a vehicle, and any electrical item sold by RPM Outlet.com™ .
Refused/Undeliverable Packages:
Customers will be charged for all shipping costs including the return shipping cost for refused or undeliverable packages which have not been damaged. International orders will be charged for any duties, taxes, freight, and tariffs that were applied to the order after the original shipment from RPM Outlet. Any discounts given will be subtracted from returned merchandise refunds.
- Returned products must be in original condition (This means clean and dry with original packaging material, manuals, and all other accessories provided by the manufacturer).
- Returned items not in original condition may be assessed a restocking fee or refused.
Cancellations:
If an item is part of a pre-order, special order, or group purchase you may be charged a cancellation fee of 2.5%.
Warranties:
Any warranty claims must be placed with the manufacturer. All of the products sold by RPM Outlet, regardless of the manufacturer, are designed for Racing and Performance applications.
Many of our manufacturers offer NO WARRANTY on their products, either stated or implied, due to the unusual stresses
placed on the parts and because we have no control over how they are installed and used.
Many of these products are designed for off-road use only and are not legal for use on public highways.

Buyer assumes all risk and liability associated with these products.
Installation:
We are not responsible for or any costs associated with the installation or the improper installation of any products.
Purchaser assumes the risk associated with the installation of products.
We, along with the manufacturer of each product are not responsible for any
direct or indirect damage to the vehicle, personal, or costs incurred from the use of products.
Invoices:
Invoices are sent with shippments. If you wish to have an invoice faxed or emailed to you, please call or email us.
