The CANTON Aluminum Supercharger Surge Tank eliminates the factory supercharger surge tank and replaces it with a larger capacity storage reservoir that holds approximately 94% more storage volume over the stock Supercharger surge tank. CANTON Supercharger Surge Tank Upgrade Kit The low volume stock surge tank arrangement can become quickly heat soaked in extreme duty or hard repeated acceleration applications. Increased intercooler temperature reduction is now possible with this increased coolant volume.

CANTONS Aluminum Supercharger Surge Tank simply mounts in factory battery location and will require your battery to be relocated to rear of your vehicle. Relocating your battery to the bed will improve traction and overall handling of your vehicle.


When tested on a 4-wheel digital scale it was found that moving a 35 pound battery from the right front of the truck to the right side of the bed actually will put 60 pounds on the right rear tire - where you need it most for traction. Relocating your battery to the bed will also reduces "nose dive" during braking and noticeably improve the handling response.
